FRONT DESK AND ALL INDOOR PUBLIC AREAS

FACE COVERINGS– The wearing of face coverings inside public spaces is  mandated by the State of Oregon. Effective July 15, the mandate has been  expanded to include outdoor public spaces whenever social distancing is not possible.  If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one for you. Children age 4 and under and those with certain medical conditions are exempt from Oregon’s mask requirements.

PLEXIGLASS SNEEZE GUARDS have been installed at the Front Desk.

SANITIZING – All indoor public areas are sanitized throughout the day.

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS are available throughout the public areas.

SOCIAL DISTANCING measures have been implemented throughout the property.

GUESTROOMS AND HOUSKEEPING

CLEANING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols have been implemented.  Guestrooms are cleaned with EPA’s “Registered Antimicrobial Products for Use Against Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” (the virus that causes the disease COVID-19).

CLEANING DURING STAY – No housekeeping service will be provided for stays of three days or less.   For longer stays, room service MUST be provided on the fourth morning.  Cleaning will only be done when guests are not present in the room.

LINENS & TOWELS – Please call the Front Desk by 1:00 PM if you wish to have fresh  linens and towels delivered to your room.  Amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee, may be requested at the same time.

UNNECESSARY ITEMS – To reduce potential cross-contamination, we have removed all unnecessary items from our guestrooms such as bed scarves, decorative pillows, magazines and notepads.  Magazines are available at the Front Desk upon request.

BREAKFAST

MENUS are provided to guests upon check-in. Please select your breakfast items and return the completed form to the Front Desk by 9:00 PM. Each morning, at the requested times, guest orders will be ready for pick up in the lobby. Limited seating is available in the breakfast dining room.

SWIMMING POOL

CLEANING – Before opening each day, all pool furniture is thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning of furniture and gates is continued throughout the day.

SOCIAL DISTANCING is enforced as required by the State of Oregon. Families or persons staying in the same room may sit together.

CROWDING – If pool becomes too crowded for social distancing to be possible, guests who have been in the pool the longest may be asked to leave the pool area in order to make room for new arrivals.

The cleanliness of our facilities has always been at the top of our list. With the current circumstances, we have instituted some additional procedures to be as conscientious as possible in keeping our facilities clean and maintaining a healthy environment.

We will continue to closely monitor developments related to the Coronavirus situation and will adhere to all advisories and guidelines as they become available.
